Who is the Data Controller?

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is Meatrading, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as “FORTUNNA” or the “Data Controller”), which ensures the collection, processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Portuguese legislation.

What Data is Collected and for What Purposes?

Depending on the User’s interaction with the platform, we will process the following data:

– Identification and Contact Data:
Name, email address, shipping address and Tax Identification Number (NIF) for invoicing purposes.

– Customer Support:
Data submitted through the available forms is used exclusively to respond to enquiries and/or provide technical support.

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

– Registration Data:
For as long as the User maintains an active account.

– Purchase Data:
For the statutory period of 10 years, in accordance with applicable tax obligations.

User Rights

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, a formal request must be sent to online@fortunnasa.com.

If the User considers that their rights have been violated, they may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
