Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Non-Perishable Goods)
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. Products must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Perishable Goods)
Under Portuguese law, the right of withdrawal/return does not apply to:
– Goods which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Fresh Meat).
– Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Returns of Defective Products
In the event of non-conformity, the User must immediately contact FORTUNNA by email and provide photographs of the product. Once the defect has been confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
